產(chǎn)品應用
本產(chǎn)品用于交流額定電壓450/750V及以下配電裝置中的控制線路。
產(chǎn)品詳情
使用特性
1)電纜導體的長期允許工作溫度:聚氯乙烯絕緣為70℃,電纜的敷設溫度應不低于0℃。
2)敷設安裝允許彎曲半徑:
a 無鎧裝層的電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的6倍;
b 有鎧裝或鋼帶屏蔽結構的電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的12倍;
C 有屏蔽層結構的軟電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的6倍。
產(chǎn)品性能
1)導電線芯分為三種:第一種(A),第二種(B)適用于固定敷設(第一種是實芯導體,第二種是絞合導體);第三種(R)是絞合軟導體,適用于移動要求的軟電纜。
2)導體結構及直流電阻應符合表1規(guī)定。
3)絕緣線芯識別可采用顏色標志或數(shù)字標志,絕緣厚度及絕緣電阻應符合表2規(guī)定。
4)絕緣線芯應經(jīng)受工頻火花,試驗電壓有效值為6KV。
5)電纜能經(jīng)受交流50HZ、3000V,5min的耐壓試驗。
